Bear Creek Saloon Guesthouse
The guesthouse is conveniently
located about 3/4 mile off of the
Natchez Trace Parkway, which
is an exceptionally scenic drive
through three states. Access to
the parkway is limited, with less
than 50 checkpoints. Visitors can
enjoy not only a scenic drive, but
hiking, biking, horseback riding, and camping. View the photo gallery
for a glimpse of 10,000 years of
North American history.
Origin
The Bear Creek Saloon Guesthouse was originally completed in 2002 by
Floyd L. and Geneva Ware. It was
used as a guesthouse exclusively
for their children and grandchildren.
After the untimely death of Floyd,
Geneva sold the property to her daughter, Christi. The guesthouse was
remodeled and opened on May 1, 2014
to accommodate travelers in the area.
